Raintree is a full-service veterinary clinic that aims to cater to all your pet’s needs, from vaccinations and preventive care to nutritional advice and geriatric care. Just as a general physician or family doctor cares for you, our team aims to provide year-round primary care for your pets. Upon your first visit, our doctors will get to know you and your pet, while our cloud-based communication technology will log important vaccination and deworming data to help maintain your pet’s lifelong health. This system also grants registered guardians access to important data such as x-rays, blood reports, and vaccination reminders.
Should the need arise for speciality or emergency care, elective surgeries such as spaying/neutering, or additional diagnostic services, your pet will have quick and easy access to our complete range of facilities, with their health records already having been updated on our systems in real-time. Most importantly, your little one will be surrounded by a team of experienced doctors, veterinary technicians, and management staff who genuinely love your pet like their own, and will dedicate every effort to create a smooth and comfortable experience for both you and your pets.
Specialist Care for a Wide Range of Species
Our veterinarians specialise in the treatment and rehabilitation of a number of birds and animals, including:
- Small Animals (Dogs, Cats, Mice, Rabbits, Squirrels, Guinea Pigs, etc.)
- Large Animals (Horses, Mules, etc.)
- Reptiles (Snakes, Turtles, Iguanas, etc.)
- Birds (Cockatiels, Budgies, etc.)
In certain cases, we will co-consult and collaborate with external specialists such as bird veterinarians, canine oncologists, etc., in order to ensure our patients have access to the best possible care and treatment options. For example, Dr. Shiwani Tandel (The Exotics Vet), a renowned exotic animal specialist from Mumbai, often consults on some of our exotic pet cases and performs surgery on animals such as rabbits. We know it can be a frightening experience to have your pet suffer from complicated and difficult conditions, which is why in the case of our cancer patients, we consult with Dr. Noopur Desai (The Cancer Vet), a USA board-certified veterinary oncologist.
In the case of urban wildlife, we reach out to reliable local wildlife NGOs who transport the animal to a safe rehabilitative environment once we have provided emergency treatment and helped stabilise the patient.
If you have an unconventional pet or situation (such as pet fish or rescues) and would like to speak with a Raintree veterinarian, please don’t hesitate to call us.
